As regular readers of this blog may have noticed, I haven’t been posting as frequently as usual in recent weeks.
I’ve mentioned my ACD before, but what I didn’t mention is that the diet only began a few months after I first experienced a host of symptoms; nor did I write about every single effect of candida I’ve been battling. Lately, some symptoms have bounced back with a vengeance, and I’ve found it more and more difficult to keep up with all the things I’d normally do in a day.
So after much deliberation, I’ve decided to take a blog break for a while and focus on regaining my health.
Regular readers will also know how much I love blogging and that I will sorely miss posting here on a regular basis. I will certainly miss hearing from all of you! I’ll still do my best to read everyone else’s blogs and comment when I can. Mostly, though, I’m going to focus on ridding myself of this heinous candida once and for all. I’ve already got loads of ideas for some great recipes when I get back.
