all of them look amazing! I especially love the idea of the coconut ginger cookies–I’ve never thought to combine those two flavors in desserts! (Ohhhh but the caramel bread pudding also looks wonderful.)

Pumpkin Apple Crumble Bars–hands down! What sold it for me is your mention that it can double as a breakfast dish. Looking forward to trying all the recipes.
[Reply]
Oh wow, I NEED to try those fudge brownies!
[Reply]
Retweeted and hope you get some visitors from it.
[Reply]
Ok, here’s hoping my Facebook friends all respond since I gave the book and blog a good word there. I have quite a few dessert and dog loving friends that I hope follow the trail back here.

Jumping crocodiles! You have been so busy, and productive, and wow! Just back on line (today is the first day we’ve had net access from home!) and I’m so excited to see things are going so well! Yum!
[Reply]
The carob/chocolate fudge looks to DIE for! congrats on a new ebook!
[Reply]
So many look amazing, but I’ve been dying for some bread pudding since I was dianosed with Celiac’s. FIngers crossed!!
[Reply]
FUDGE FUDGE FUDGE!! The chocolate fudge recipe would be awesome to have but that cinnamon almond fudge looks to die for as well!!
[Reply]
The raw frosted lemon coconut bars look amazing! I love to make raw deserts, I’ve made raw ice cream cake and it’s wonderful to eat decadent desserts and not feel bloated and uncomfortable afterwards!
[Reply]
Hey Ricki
Congrats! This is so exciting. Everything looks marvelous. But I’m most looking forward to the Mounds or Bounty Bites. This is the ONLY chocolate bar I miss from my pre-vegan days. But I KNOW these will be WAY healthier, tastier and satisfying!
[Reply]
i think Cinnamon Almond Fudge would be my favourite!
[Reply]
They all look delicious, but the Mounds or Bounty Bites are especially tempting!
[Reply]

It is a toss up between the mounds/bounty bites and the fudgy brownies. But I definately wouldn’t say no if you offered me any of them. I’m dying just looking at these yummy photos.
[Reply]
They all look delicious, and I know that they will taste awesome, but I would have to say that for pure spousal bribery purposes, I will definitely make the coconut mounds! I think I should be able to get anything done around the house if I have those in my bribery arsenal
… And I will quietly enjoy the fudgy chocolate brownies while the toilet is being scrubbed after said bribery. Hey, a girl can dream!

I sent out a tweet.

[Reply]
I can hear the cinnamon almond fudge calling my name…
[Reply]
Grain free ginger coconut cookies – I’m a real cookie monster!
But a close second: apple pumpkin crumble bars.
[Reply]
Mint chocolate chip ice cream caught my eye. I’m new to eliminating things for my diet so being able to expand my dessert choices is really attractive.
[Reply]
Wow! I would love to have these recipes, since I’ve been eating anti-candida foods for the better part of a year now (but am still stuck in phase 1!). The lemon coconut bars, the apple-pumpkin bars and the vanilla custard look lovely! There seem to be lots of phase-1-friendly foods, too!
[Reply]
I’m now following Diet, Dessert and Dogs on Facebook.

[Reply]
oops I forgot you asked for favourite photo – the brownie is the one I just can’t stop looking at so longingly – the texture is amazing
[Reply]
Its really hard to pick a favorite! The chocolate brownies are amazing and I have a really weak spot for deep chocolate taste but the cinnamon almond fudge looks amazing. I cant wait to try it. Maybe I will combine the two into a layered brownie.

Anna, that is a brilliant idea! I think I will suggest it in the next edition of the book–thanks!
[Reply]
Oh man, I can’t decide! It all looks so good! Probably the mint chocolate ice cream because I love ice cream!
[Reply]
First of all, they all appeal to me!! (Is that bad? haha) But, I’m definitely interesting in the Mint Chip Ice Cream…. one of my favourite all time treats since I was a kid, but being lactose intolerant keeps me from indulging in this amazing desert. All of it does look great though!
I also retweeted this, hope others will check it out!!
[Reply]
These all look great Ricki! Here in the Southwest I like things that sound both decadent and cooling, so the Mint Chip Ice Cream sounds great. It was hard to decide between that though and the Raw Frosted Lemon-Coconut Bars. I saw your Macha Truffles on your previous post and those look extremely cool too, pen pal or not : )
[Reply]
Choosing just one is SO difficult! I think I would make the lemon-coconut bars first, followed soon after by the brownies and the mounds. Oh, and the chocolate hazelnut cookies too!
[Reply]
That bread pudding looks like heaven to me. I have not had bread pudding since going gluten/dairy/egg/refined sugar free… and I cannot adequately express how much I’ve missed it… Oh man, I want it NOW!
[Reply]
Too hard to chose just one but maybe the brownies
[Reply]
Well there isn’t really anything that doesn’t sound good! The raw frosted lemon coconut bars do stand out a little though. This looks like a great book!
[Reply]
Chocolate, Dahling, is always my personal fave, but I’ve never seen anything like that Blueberry Chia Pudding. It’s gorgeous and it would be an impressive follow up for any meal, so that’s my choice!
[Reply]
Oh, and I’ve “liked” you on Facebook for a long while already!
[Reply]
Those “bounty bites” have my mouth watering just looking at the picture. And since I found your website looking for something to do with the chia seeds I discovered at the grocery store today I’ll look forward to trying blueberry chia pudding.
[Reply]
Definitely the Mint Chip Ice Cream! *drool* – If I, as a vegan, am still amazed that such things can be made completely “without compromise,” I can’t wait to see what other people say!!!
[Reply]
I’m so happy that I found you! I love all things chocolate!
[Reply]
I shared your link to my face book page. I have also shared a number of your recipes in the last few weeks since I found you
[Reply]
OMG!!! that fudge looks crazy yummage!!!… i want i want i want!!!
[Reply]
While they all look indescribably yummy, I think it’s the Bounty Bites that won me over. Not that I am hard to convince! In my pre-vegan days, I used to LOVE Bounty Bars and do kinda miss them now that they’re off the menu…
[Reply]
All of your fudgy chocolatey goodness looks amazing. But I’m really intrigued about the bread pudding!
[Reply]
Raw Frosted Lemon-Coconut Bars is very appealing to me. Also I am trying out your Spiced Carrot gnocchi out of spelt today!
[Reply]
Brownie cookies!! So drool-worthy. Yum.
Thanks for the giveaway!
[Reply]
The pudding looks SO good!! Your recipes are always delicious, so I’m sure they are all great.
[Reply]
Oh my gosh! They look gorgeous and delicious and if they’re anything like the other recipes of yours that I’ve made, they taste even more amazing than they look! I would definitely go for the Grain Free Fudgy Chocolate Brownies (or Brownie Cookies). Yum!
[Reply]
Oh, and I follow you on Twitter.
[Reply]
…And am a fan of your FB page.
[Reply]
Yummm the pumpkin apple bars look delicious!
[Reply]
Wow, this e-book looks brilliant…
As a coeliac, I was going to go for the brownies straight away because despite their being gluten-free, they look soo fudgy and dense! Just how brownies should be.
But then, my eye was caught by the almond-cinnamon fudge and I was sold! Definitely the one I’d make first because the texture and flavour look amazing.
While I’m here, so to speak, I wanted to leave another comment.
I first found this blog randomly when I was looking for a recipe for quinoa porridge and was instantly hooked!
Your recipes are brilliant and it was only because of them that I tried almond butter (I don’t like peanut butter and almond’s not that readily available in the UK) and I think it’s now my all-time favourite food!
From your links, I also found so many other great healthy food blogs, which I never knew were there.
So thank you very much (this isn’t crawling in a brazen effort to win the e-book, I promise! I wanted to leave this comment anyway.)
Eleanor

Good grief, I can’t just choose one. I have made several of your recipes recently, and have been totally blown away by 1) the fact that I can eat them and 2) how darn good everything is. Thanks a bunch! Saskia

Raw Frosted Lemon-Coconut Bars — I’ll be dreaming about this! I would love to try making it for myself. Just quit gluten a week ago, dairy, etc. at the beginning of the year, and I’m eager to start making some desserts. Unfortunately recently unemployed, I’m hoping to win a copy of your book!
[Reply]
The chocolate fudge! I’m living in Chile and there aren’t many of the same dessert options here- namely gluten free, dairy free and sugar free, so lots of my time has been spent trying to make the options for myself. Also, the bounty bars look wonderful!
thanks!
[Reply]
DEFINITELY those brownies appeal to me MAJORLY!
HOLY COW! yumyumyum
[Reply]
So you had me at vanilla custard, but the other recipes look good too! Just put some leftover plum cornmeal cake from Sweet Freedom in the freezer!

Ok – I now “like” DD&D on Facebook!

Ok seriously…just looking at those Green Tea Chocolate Truffles I can’t stop drooling…

Those fudge brownie cookie favorites look to die for! However, the peachy pudding comes in a close second. Congrats on the fruition of all of your hard work. (No pun intended!)
