I might be blind but I can’t find the comments over there. Anyway, I totally agree with mistakes = new recipes! I tried making a pudding the other day that came out way too thick. Now I’m thinking…custard? Pie filling?

Wow, that looks yum. I need to make a trip into Austin to hopefully round up some buckweat groats. Toronto must have some awesome grocery stores.
