Hi Ricki, your blog is wonderful!! Just a quick question; do you take any supplements i.e., to kill candida or anything nutritional?

Thanks so much, Andrea! Yes, I did take some supplements prescribed by my naturopath and lots of changes to diet. I chronicle some of what I did on this page. I’m planning to add a more specific list in the next few weeks–stay tuned!
