    I see you have a Tapioca Chia Pudding. My daughter recently told me she ate Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding in NYC. I have been trying to find a recipe for this. Do you have any suggestions I could try? thank you.. I will be making your Chocolate Mint Truffles this week.. I am so excited… :)

    Ricki, thank you for the quick reply. I will try your suggestions. :) I have about 2 lbs of chia seeds on hand. I make gluten free Cranberry Almond Granola Bars often and add them, we enjoy eating them in salads, dressings, breads, etc.. my husband is very supportive in all I make and do. He has aquired a taste for them. He loves chocolate pudding. I try to add chia seeds to everything we eat to benefit all its healthy boosters, antioxidants, omega’s etc. Six years ago I got struck by lightning and my immune system got zapped as well. I will make some this week. Thank you thank you :)
