Your dogs are beautifully healthy. I have 4 of my own. Dear Ricki I was lead to your website via Saveur. They recognize your Cinn roasted chickpeas. I don’t see the recipe, only the photo. Would love to try. Thank you, laura

I just purchased 2 of your dessert books. I am anxiously waiting for the e-mail with the download links. In the meantime, I wanted to thank you for creating the books, and posting so may wonderful recipes (not too mention interesting stories and cute photos of your adorable fur babies). Your website is such an important resource. You see, I have known that I have Candida for sometime, but just couldn’t follow the bland ‘starvation’ diet I was instructed to follow (I felt like I was starving, I had nausea, and I was miserable). I am also allergic to eggs, dairy and gluten which I have managed to eliminate from my diet. The information on your website has given me the final key that I need to really change my diet and turn my health around. Not to mention, the recipes fit ALL of the criteria that I need to really conquer Candiada and eliminate food allergens. I cannot thank you enough!!!!!

As a vegan mama raising two vegan kids, I’m a huge fan of your blog! I’ve found it even more valuable now that we’re embarking on the ACD as part of our approach to heal both of my kids (both have Asperger’s, and the frequently-accompanying yeast issues). With two special-needs kids, I’m super busy, and it would be so much more convenient for me if your recipe index could be filtered by ACD stage. I know I can use the menu on the right of the page to filter by the category of ACD Stage I, but then I can’t sort/filter by type (i.e. breakfast, dessert). Please consider making it possible to apply BOTH filters for ACD stage *and* recipe type. Thanks so much!

Thanks so much, Melissa! I’m so glad to hear, in particular, that the recipes are helpful for those of you with children–since I don’t have any myself (unless you count the HH!), I’m glad to know that the foods have kid-appeal, too.
Re: the index, it’s in the plans, along with so many other things. . . my problem is finding the time to update everything the way I (and all of you!) would like!! I’m planning an upgrade in the fall and will hopefully go through the recipes one at a time and categorize them. I’ve been adding the category tags to older recipes as I encounter them, but so far haven’t done a full-scale upgrade. I totally agree that it would make life much easier for everyone and will certainly include that step as soon as I can!

I love your website!!!! I want to make all of your recipes!!!! As a gluten-free vegan and D1 athlete who is extremely health conscious, your website will probably be my recipe bible when I go home for break.
Thank you
