I’m Ricki, a Holistic Nutritionist, cookbook author, recipe developer and writer. On this blog, you’ll find healthy, whole food recipes without gluten, dairy, eggs or refined sugars, including quite a few quinoa-based recipes.

I’ve also been living a low-glycemic, anti-candida lifestyle for the past 4 years and know that I will never go back to my old sugar-laden ways.
